After initial push-fit assembly, all screw holes must be piloted to the full depth of the screw using a 2.5mm or 3mm diameter drill bit.  Screws are included but drill bit is not included.

The current design has additional clamping slots for upside down benchtop use; the shaping of the mid braces makes assembly a little easier than before; and the logo has been removed from the sides to leave a flatter uninterrupted surface. The latest assembly process video can be found via a QR code in the included postcard.

The unique corner design of the overhanging lip gives you precise visibility to allow you to line parts up to a mark on the face edge of one part only. The corner details also provides a reference for squaring the centre line of the board down the side for inserting screws.

Recommended for use with Festool or Makita-style rail clamps which can remain inserted in the jig for more efficient work. Also fits most Irwin style clamps as pictured.
